I have distributed my QR codes among different friends. Unfortunately, I had a falling out with one of them, or all of them. How can I ensure they won't use my Sead QR codes or link them with others I've given my Sead QR codes to?

It's simple: I can have them encrypted, preventing your friends from reading them without the decryption code, or I can generate new QR codes by transferring the crypto to new addresses.

If something happens to me and the distributed QR codes have been encrypted by me, how can my family recover my seed phrase with Sead?

Sead provides a storage and legacy tool, called "Sead Directive" to plan actions in such cases.

These trusted persons that you defined in your "My ecosystem" dashboard will contact Sead indicating they are supposed to be a trusted person that was configured by the account owner. Based on the identification data that was also configured by the owner, Sead will verify that this person is who he/she supposed to be and that instructions were left for them. Sead will never provide its Sead tool to anyone else.

Sead Tool runs offline and does not require Sead in any way. The user will always be able backup or restore his seed phrase.
